My husband, Charles Terry Jr. was born in Leesville and so was his mother Jenny Louise Edwards, who was married there in 1954. My husband and his (3)siblings were seperated from her and their father about 1959 and raised by strangers in foster care in Detroit. The Black Edwards family lived on Union St. Jenny's father was George Edwards and her Mother Lillian; Jenny may have been one of 10 to 12 Children. If Jenny were alive today she would be about 74 years old. I am hoping to find her or any old family members who may know of her and what happened.
